Program overview:

As your health coach, I will create an open space for nonjudgmental discourse and collective growth and make sure that every participant shares the space and time needed in order to make progress together. Each session will be led on the basis of a specific intention. Clear action steps will be provided together with skill building activities and exercises inspired by BCA principles and method.

You will be surrounded by like-minded persons and guided on how to change with little efforts your habits, improve your health and regain your energy. 

Motivation will be gained both from me as a coach but also from the group support and interaction. You will be able to participate in brainstorming solutions and discussions in a group environment and benefit from the perspective of others. Tapping in the resources of a professional but also of people like you will allow you to progress even more and, what’s also important, in a relaxed and friendly environment. 

We will cover the essentials for optimal health and wellbeing digging to nutrition and diets but also physical activity and body mind connection. Tips and recommendations will be given at the end of each session.
