Program overview:

A thorough health program which will help you understand the origin of your health issues and resolve them gently without-fail.  Whether you lack of energy, thus, often tired or nervous, or, you need to lose some weight and reconnect with your body’s shape or, simply, you know what to do to feel better, but, never find the inner strength to take action, I will personally support you during 12 weeks. By the end of this BCA program, I assure you that not only you will know what works better for you, but, you will be living differently and you will transform yourself. 

I will gently show you how to set tangible and smart health goals. We will discuss them during our sessions, while I will also reveal tools and techniques to help you achieving them with success and take action steps for measurable success. 

Each session will be structured around a clear intention and specific areas of your life’s circle and we will focus in getting the results you have fixed for yourself for each of your life’s areas.  

You will finally find the way to connect to yourself and others and regain the balance you need in your life thanks to personalized actions. We will be talking about dietary theories, meditation methods and biological impacts of your life choices. I will guide you in analyzing your cravings and how to crowd them out. You will learn to navigate through your relationships and your environment and set your priorities in life while also understanding which are the emotional sensations that have an impact on your physical condition. 

You will have a personal support to guide you through this journey and you will be heard with no judgement but yet you will also be held accountable. 

Considering your bio-individuality and specific needs, I will help you clarify your intentions and set up a weekly schedule that works best for you to make you feel healthier and happier by the end and for ever after.
