Facing the signs of age with compassion, acceptance and wisdom is the first step. Take good care or ourselves with no panic is essential. Eat well, train our brains, move and keep motivated are the basics and need to be taught and respected. Act towards your new self and you will feel newborn!

The unspoiled and peaceful nature, the majestic beaches and the turquoise waters of Paros island together with the clear intention and mission of our team to guide you through your genuine self and your ideal way of ageing. We will open you up to maturing gracefully towards the healthier and happier version of yourself during this stage of your life.

You will be guided and looked after by an experienced team of Health Coaches specialized in geriatrics, Meditation Mentors, Cognitive Psychologists, Skin Care specialists, Yoga teachers, Mediterranean Cuisine Chefs. Our holistic approach will help you regain the Balance in your life, Connect with yourselves and others through specific Actions. At the end of this journey, you will be inspired and well prepared for your golden years ahead; the relationship with yourself will be transformed and your confidence boosted.

What is Included

– 5 nights’ accommodation in single or double rooms at MakMore Villa
– daily meditation
– 2 fresh vegan or non-vegan meals per day and healthy snacks throughout the day all prepared by Mediterranean food specialists
– water and non-alcoholic beverages
– lecture on the B-C-A Method by our certified Health Coach (5 natural ways to develop inner balance and boost memory and energy levels/how to avoid the most common age related health issues).
– lecture by our Geriatrics’ specialist and/or Skin care specialist
– lecture by our Cognitive Psychologist with practical exercises
– time for walks, relaxation and exchange with peers
– 1 yoga session per day (optional)

Together with my team, I strive to make my guests feel constantly at home. My main concern is to make them feel a genuine atmosphere of warmth and care and make sure that nothing is missing so that their stay is memorable and suited to their needs and above their expectations.
